It all started in our kitchen with a simple family recipe. I was baking cookies for my boyfriend at home, and they were so good that we couldn’t stop eating them. To save ourselves from eating batch after batch, we decided to share them with our neighbors.

 

We set up a small table in the lobby of our building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, not knowing what to expect. Within 10 minutes, the entire stack of cookies was gone. People were asking for my phone number, eager to place orders. That’s when we knew we had something special.

 

From that moment, Midnight Bites took off. What started as a spontaneous idea turned into a growing community of cookie lovers who kept coming back for more. Now, our goal is to share these irresistible cookies with as many people as possible.
